Note: When you report an error via an application or an AdGuard Assistant, all messages have been automatically populated. But excluding screenshots, so you need to upload them personally. If you use automatic jump, you need to fill in all the information yourself.

Fill in the form

If you use the official website to report an error, you need to fill in all the information yourself.

1. When filling out the questionnaire, first fill in the type and version of the AdGuard product;

2. Specify the type of problem and additional information using third-party software (such as antiviral programs, VPN);

3. Enter the web address (or if it is an application if it is an application, please enter the link to download the app), and the browser you use;

4. Need to fill in the application configuration carefully:

The filter you are using;

Invisible mode settings, if this feature is turned on.

5. Screenshots of uploading a problem;

Note: Please hide your personal information (email, mobile number, etc.) because the screenshot will be public.

6. Provide additional information to help developers understand the situation;

Diagnostic problem

Users who are not afraid of trouble can try to use this option to find the cause of the problem. You don’t need any special skills or depth understanding HTML and CSS.

For example, your favorite website cannot open, authorized or some contents on the web page display error. The reason may be in the use of specific filter / extension / invisible mode settings. To determine these issues, you should do the following:

5. If the problem still exists, go to the invisible mode.

Stealth mode

1. Turn off the invisible mode;

Expand

1. Close the expansion;

Third-party interceptor

Some browsers and antivirus programs (such as Kaspersky, etc.) have built-in advertising interceptors.They will cause problems with the website.If you use such software, make sure that the problem is caused by Adguard: Disable the ADGUARD filter and repeat the problem.If the problem is still existed, there should be some applications or browsers lead to this issue.
