Custom DNS filter

This part of this part is not unfamiliar with all users who have set up custom ads. For normal filtration, you should have a very understanding of the process: editing the filter list with URL and / or local files, create a full new filter and write custom rules. It is also similar to DNS filtration.

In order to let your new memory, we introduced the DNS protection module in the V7.5 version. So far, this module is used. In addition to the system default DNS, users can choose other DNS to enhance online protection. However, this module lacks a specific custom DNS filtration method. Users have no other options to choose the server and the desired encryption protocol.

This update we provide you with a series of new options. Now you can set DNS filtering asking yourself. All new options can be found in the DNS Filter Editor section.

DNS user rules. It is the basic method for prohibiting / allowing DNS requests. It is very similar to the mode of operation of conventional user rules. Please note that it supports. This syntax is much simpler than the network filtering syntax.

Import DNS filtration. Click the icon in the lower left corner. Click Imported Filter and Enter the filter URL or browse the local file to be used by the window. You can find a lot of DNS filters. It is the only default filter.

Add a custom DNS filter. Click on the same ? icon and select Add Custom Filter. You first select the filter name and description, then you can perform the same operation as the normal filter: Import rules, manually add or remove them, one-click to disable or enable filter.

Support for DNS-over-Quic protocol
